Avivah Wittenberg-Cox

As CEO of 20-first, Avivah has over 20 years experience as a consultant and coach helping companies adapt to major 21st century shifts. She has advised global CEOs, leadership teams and executive committees across more than 40 countries on gender, longevity, and culture across a wide range of sectors — from FMCG and financial services to the pharmaceutical and tech sectors. Avivah is an advisory board member of The Intelligent Leader Hub, NOON, the Chartered Management Institute (CMI), and is an Ambassador for The NEXEL Collaborative and the Global Peter Drucker Forum. A regular contributor to Forbes and the Harvard Business Review, Avivah is host of the longevity focused podcast 4-Quarter Lives, and substack Elderberries.

Sally Ashworth

Sally is Associate Director, Media and Communications at the Harvard Business Review Group. She has spent her career in professional and academic publishing in Bristol and London, working to help authors with new ideas to reach their audience. Following a degree in English, she held roles at Jessica Kingsley Publishers and McGraw-Hill before joining Harvard Business Review Press in 2011.
