There is so much written today about new ways of working, new processes, new methodologies, new techniques and frameworks. If you just spend a few minutes on Twitter or LinkedIn, you can read hundreds of opinions on process improvements. It’s good to keep exploring ways to improve and discovering better ways to build software or products. Just don’t forget the goal; there are lots of things that can and do get in the way.
