Emergn supports delivery
You are never alone with Emergn. We will help you establish a change management team and then work with the team to define its role, its activities and how it implements change. Support can be provided in the form of a guiding vision for the new model, a set of principles governing the model, a change communication approach, roll-out plan and team starter packs including implementation practices.
