All of our content and courses are designed to support you doing your day-to-day work, whilst developing new skills and capability. We give different guidance on minimum hours for reading, workshops and exercises for our core pathways, varying from 6 hours to over 10. Obviously, the more learning you do, the more you’ll benefit. And the learning that you do in work will benefit you even more profoundly.
The most intensive course is the Expert Coaching Pathway. This requires people to work with other teams, and lead the change in your organization whilst learning the concepts and developing the necessary soft skills to work across the business. It is an investment, but it is also the way that you best drive, control and sustain your own change, and thus minimise the level of investment in external help and consultancy.
