Booking policy

Bookings are confirmed on receipt of full payment in advance of the course.

Cancellation policy

Emergn reserves the right to cancel or arrange an alternative date for a course. In such circumstances Emergn will endeavor to provide notice of cancellation or change to the delegate or client organization. In the event of cancellation the delegate or client organization will be entitled to a full refund of the course fee but Emergn shall not be liable for any other loss or expense arising.

However, should an event need to be cancelled due to circumstances out of Emergn’s control (adverse weather conditions, acts of terrorism, geographical incidents), a re-scheduling of the course will be initiated, rather than a refund being issued. Emergn is not responsible for any additional costs or losses the client may incur as a result of unforeseen events.

The delegate or client organization may cancel the course booking by notifying Emergn in writing. The delegate shall also be deemed to have cancelled the course booking if he/she does not attend the event. The delegate will not receive any refund of the course fee if notice of cancellation is received less than 10 working days prior to the start of the course. If a cancellation is received 10 or more working days prior to the start of the course, the delegate will be entitled to a refund of 50% of the course fee.

Transfer policy

Emergn recognizes that the best plans can be subject to change – therefore registered delegates are permitted a one-time transfer onto an alternative course scheduled within three months of the original date for a fee of £50 ($75) + VAT, payable within 5 days of the transfer. Emergn must be notified of any such change 10 working days prior to the course date. Transfers made after this point and no-shows will result in your placement being cancelled and no refund of fees.
