Acknowledgement isn’t enough

Others also attend to remind all the leaders in the room that they need to have a keen awareness of issues and topics that go beyond the boardroom.

Climbing the corporate ladder give us more visibility on how organizations, people and society function, succeed and struggle. The responsibility associated with caring beyond our own bottomline isn’t always a welcome and popular topic, but it can’t continue to be ignored.
