When introducing any new method or framework, or any other way of working, it’s important to keep stepping back and considering the outcomes. It’s easy to get pulled into the day-to-day grind of implementing tools and techniques. How is what you’re doing driving more value? How is it helping the flow of work? How do you know it really meets and serve the needs of users and customers? Can you quantify these concretely?
Identify the top drivers and blockers of value, flow and quality, and state the goal for a next round of change in specific, concrete terms.
