His example of going to a gym and trying to work out the moment you might become fit is one that anyone who’s tried to get fit or lose weight can relate to. His point throughout the video is that many results we seek are a result of consistency, persistence and tenacity. They’re very rarely a result of one-off, large-scale action.
Whether you want to become more creative, change a culture, be more agile or become a leader, the way to get there is more likely to be based on small, deliberate application of a new behavior.
