New paths

Making things that wow users requires us to do things differently to the norm. In any build of software, change initiative, new product or service development we need to keep in mind the things that create points of difference. In order to do this, it’s best to remain curious. Be curious about what your users are trying to achieve or what the competitors are doing. Examine your own solutions and answers to understand what problem they’re really solving. Run experiments and test lots of ideas. The more curiosity, the more new paths you can explore.
