There is something about how private words become public ways of working.
Those that are privileged to lead and serve others often do so based on the views they hold about the people they work with. In other words, the private shouts or beliefs we have about certain people will often manifest themselves in the ways we work with them publicly.
If you struggle with someone on your team and find yourself being critical or negative about them in private, then those views will become evident in how you ultimately work with that person.
Private shouts are the things we say about others when they’re not around. Yet, they often don’t remain too private.
Looking for to ways lead and help bring others along is much more constructive than spending time being negative about them.
