Four thinking styles that help managers navigate the entrepreneurial journey toward innovation.

Thanks for your interest in the Entrepreneurial Styles Assessment!

Conducted by Professor Joseph Pistrui of IE Business School and Professor Dimo Dimov of the University of Bath, the research seeks to determine a respondent’s preferred approach to work.

Throughout our professional lives, we encounter ‘novel’ situations – times when we are faced with something new or have an insight into how to make a difference and want to take an idea further.

The Entrepreneurial Styles Assessment helps respondents understand their preferred way for engaging in those situations. By understanding what your current preferences are, you can start to experiment with alternative approaches based on the specific challenges you are currently facing at work, and be more deliberate about any changes you make in the future.
