What you'll do:
Undertake user research and requirements gathering
Translate research findings into creative concepts and functional component
Clearly articulate your solutions to internal stakeholders
Develop and document detailed user experience specifications for use by development and test teams
Contribute constructive, informed perspectives to group discussions while possessing the flexibility to adopt and build on the best ideas
Maintain a professional demeanor, even in the face of pressure, set backs or when dealing with difficult situations
Design the information architecture and interaction behaviour for new features and functionality - through the use of workflows, sitemaps, wireframes etc.
Collaboratively develop prototypes for demonstration and evaluation of concepts
Share design thinking and recommendations to clients & colleagues (face to face)
What you'll bring:
Experience working at Senior level
Strong understanding of Agile and experience working within Scrum teams
Demonstrable understanding of Lean UX methodology
A portfolio website of relevant work (design for mobile platforms and apps is a must)
A strong sense of personal motivation, being able to work independently with a proactive attitude in solving complex design and user problems
Good interpersonal skills, ability to establish a sense of credibility among the other team members and create good working relationships
Flexibility of thought and approach to produce effective results and appropriate visual solutions in order to respond to the need of the user
