We want you to become a key member of the Sales Operations team that is instrumental in ensuring that Emergn operates effectively.  

Key Responsibilities:

Working with the sales operations manager to ensure that the sales process runs smoothly including: 

  • Coordination of Bid/Tender Responses 
  • Arranging all elements of Tender Response: Eg. Checkpoint Calls with Response Team, Documentation, coordinating Contract Reviews, ensuring the sales process is followed and response is submitted within given timelines 
  • Using Salesforce to manage Bid/Tender Response Workflows 
  • Assisting with Administrative tasks throughout the sales and vendor set-up processes 
  • Working with the sales/pricing teams to schedule deal reviews 
  • Working with the Sales team to ensure all Sales data and information are updated in internal tools such as Salesforce 
  • Assisting with Ad hoc Reporting requirements from Sales Team and Management 
  • Assisting with queries from Global Business Development Team 
  • Assisting with content review processes 

This job might be for you if you have:

  • Advanced Salesforce knowledge (perfect if certified)
  • MS Office skills – in particular Excel, Word and PowerPoint
  • Excellent Latvian and English both verbally and written
  • An open and positive attitude towards people and work
  • Fantastic organizational and problem-solving as well as multi-tasking skills 
  • A fast learner with a proactive attitude and attention to detail
  • The ability to work across the organization with people of all levels across various geographies 

Nice to have:

  • Experience working with Sharepoint, PowerBi, Jira and/or similar systems
  • Previous experience with a remote team (our operations team is spread across our locations)
  • Experience in Sales Operations and (or) Bid Management
