We are currently seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to join the team on exciting and challenging client engagements.
Join us for exciting client engagements as a Senior Delivery Manager!
We want you to lead the delivery of our services and products with one of our key clients.
What you will do:
- ensure business outcomes are articulated and aligned to define the work that needs to be done to deliver the business outcomes, and adapt this as needed
- define a system of work that is context-specific and deals intelligently with constraints and dependencies
- guide, coach and motivate teams through the implementation of new ways of working
- put dynamic planning, reporting and governance practices in place that ensure predictability that enable timely decision-making
- provide effective communication and feedback sessions with stakeholders at all levels
- foster understanding and mediate, and mend relationships
This job might be for you if you have:
- knowledge of SDLC and architectural principles
- people leadership qualities
- experience working with multiple teams and hiring top talent for them
- stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly
- previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager
- experience running and managing different size projects
- accountability for the ownership and management of delivery
- close cooperation with on and off-site teams
- internal reporting experience
- full business English proficiency
