As a Java Full Stack Developer at Emergn you will design, build, and optimize scalable Java applications while collaborating across teams to deliver high-quality solutions end-to-end.

We want you to:
- Take responsibility over designing, coding, testing and deploying Java-based applications.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define project scope, architecture and delivery timelines.
- Conduct code reviews and enforce coding standards and best practices.
- Troubleshoot, debug and optimize applications for performance and scalability.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- Minimum 5 years of Full Stack Java development experience with React.
- Solid proficiency in SpringBoot and designing RESTful APIs.
- Experience and expertise in AWS, No-SQL/Relational Databases.
- Experience and expertise in advanced topics like asynchronous processing, background threads, concurrency handling, analyzing bottlenecks & optimizing back-end services for performance, and developing comprehensive unit and integration tests.
- Strong stakeholder management, facilitation, and change-management skills.
- Proficiency in English (written and verbal).
Location requirement: This is a full time on site position based in Warsaw, Poland.
