As a Product Marketing Manager at Emergn, you will own how Praxis and Emergn’s AI offerings show up in the market: building the positioning, credibility, and community that take products from unknown to unmissable.

We want you to:
- Own the positioning, messaging, and value propositions for Praxis and Emergn’s AI capabilities, one clear story, told consistently across every audience and tier.
- Lead product launches end-to-end: narrative, proof points, content, and the moments that make the market pay attention.
- Build credibility for products with little existing awareness through analyst- and press-worthy angles, customer proof and thought leadership that earns trust before the first sales conversation.
- Build and grow practitioner communities around Praxis and AI-enabled product management, turning early users into advocates.
- Partner with VP Marketing, Sales and the Growth Marketing Manager so your positioning and launch work fuels their campaigns and conversations; you set the story, they scale it.
This job might be for you if you have:
- 5+ years in product marketing, with at least one product you took from low awareness to established market presence.
- A track record of translating complex products into positioning that both technical and business buyers repeat back to you.
- Launch experience: you know how to sequence a story, build proof, and create momentum without a big brand behind you.
- Community-building instincts: you’ve grown a practitioner audience, user community, or advocate program and kept it alive past the launch spike.
- Strong writing. Positioning lives or dies on words, and you sweat them.
Location requirement:
- You must be based in Portugal and available to work on-site in our local office in Porto at least 2 days per week.
