We want you to:
- Lead the delivery of our services and products with one of our key clients.
- Knowledge of SDLC and architectural principles.
- People leadership qualities.
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager.
- Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly.
- Experience running and managing different size projects.
- Accountability for the ownership and management of delivery.
- Internal and external reporting experience.
You’re a perfect fit if you have:
- Experience with DevOps tools.
- Knowledge of SDLC/PDLC and architectural principles
- People leadership qualities
- Knowledge of Design Thinking and Systems Thinking.
- Knowledge of Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks.
- Experience working with multiple teams and hiring top talent for them
- Stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly
- Previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager
- Experience running and managing different size projects
- Native or bilingual Latvian and an excellent level of written and verbal English communication
- Previous experience with public sector clients will be considered a great advantage.
You might also have:
- IPMA, PMP or equal certificates will be considered an advantage.
- Higher education in IT Project Management is an advantage.
