Andriy Dudnyk is the Executive Director and Chief Investment Officer of EastOne Group and has served as a director of EIS Group since 2013. Andriy formerly served as CFO of Interpipe Group. Previously, he worked as an audit manager and consultant for Ernst & Young, where he managed various audit, consulting, and due diligence projects for large CIS production companies and financial institutions. From 1998 to 2002, Andriy worked as an auditor and senior consultant at Arthur Andersen’s offices in Kiev and Zurich, where he coordinated auditing and special consulting projects for financial and investment institutions, participated in complex financial instruments valuations and business modeling projects and advised on portfolio strategy issues. Andriy graduated from the Taras Shevchenko Kyiv National University in 1998, with a master’s degree in international economics. He is a Fellow of the Chartered Association of Certified Accountants and is certified as a Financial Risk Manager by the Global Association of Risk Professionals.
Manjit Singh is an experienced and forward-thinking executive currently serving as Chief Information Officer for Toyota Motor North America and is an advisory board member for several startups and venture capital companies, including Tricentis, Inc, DocuSign, Inc, and Greylock Partners. He has expertise in digital innovation, cybersecurity, and business transformation and is frequently sought out as a speaker at various events. Manjit is a highly accomplished Fortune 500 C-Suite executive with a long track record of transforming businesses to achieve industry-leading growth. He has been Chief Information Officer at The Clorox Company, Las Vegas Sands, Inc. and Chiquita Brands, Inc. Additionally, Manjit led the go-to-market strategy while at Box, Inc. Manjit has been honored with several recognitions for his business accomplishments and support for diversity, including receiving the Consumer Goods Technology Chief Information Officer of the Year and the National Diversity Council Top 50 Chief Information Officers awards in 2017.
Randy Salley is the Founder and President of Salley, LLC, a management consulting group based in Northwest Arkansas. His clients consist of several startups that serve the retail industry and he is also an investor in early stage startups. Randy formed his management consulting business in October of 2017 after completing a career with Walmart that spanned 31 years of non-continuous service. When he completed his Walmart career, Randy was the Senior Vice President of Retail Technology, a role he held since 2014. His Retail Technology organization was responsible for the software engineering of all business-facing applications across physical retail, including merchandising, inventory management & replenishment, logistics and store operations. Additionally, he led the Enterprise Architecture and Emerging Technology groups. Prior to Walmart, Randy was with Hewlett-Packard (HP), where he was Vice President of Supply Chain IT with global responsibility for supply chain systems, including SAP, direct procurement, distribution, transportation, manufacturing and business-to-business (B2B).
Rodion Kuhaev is the Head of Investment department at EastOne Group. Prior to joining EastOne in 2008, Rodion was a Managing Director at N.R.Growth Consulting, a private equity firm focusing on the TMT and consumer sectors in the CIS region. He led all phases of the investment process and served on boards of portfolio companies. Earlier in his career, Rodion was a Vice President in the Sputnik Group, a private equity and investment advisory firm, where he was in charge of advisory services and investor relations, and led M&A projects in media, telecom, technology, energy, financial, real estate and other sectors. Rodion earned a degree in economics from the Moscow State Institute of International Relations.
Alex Adamopoulos has enjoyed a 30+ year career in professional services organizations encompassing management consulting through product engineering. As the founder and CEO of Emergn Global, Alex has instilled what he calls the Emergn Way into the organization which centers on three core principles; care for and invest in people, be deliberate about delighting customers, and bring new perspectives to get better results. Alex has served in several leadership roles within high growth companies, helping them realize their next stage of development and building them into global profit centers.
