Gillian has over 15 years of experience in agile delivery teams – primarily as a Business Analyst, but also performing Scrum Master and Product Owner roles. Carla has worked over 15 years in the IT software solutions industry, currently working as a Business Analyst. Her experience in diverse areas, such as Operations (Implementations and Training), Pre-Sales, Business Development and Product Certifications, has shaped her comprehensive view and adaptability in software development. She’s passionate about people and technology, enjoys learning, building products and solving problems.
