Paul brings more than two decades of agency experience from WPP, the world’s largest communications group. He held senior roles there within Wunderman, Ogilvy, Y&R, and Blue Hive (an agency he co-founded), before becoming European president & CEO of GTB. He is a marketing executive renowned for driving groundbreaking innovation and steering high-performing teams towards transformative success.

Possessing a comprehensive range of strategic and leadership experience in both consumer and business-to-business environments, Paul’s expertise covers the entire spectrum of digital, broadcast, media, analytics, and customer experience. His appointment is set to significantly enhance Emergn’s market presence and influence.

In his new role, Paul will be responsible for elevating Emergn’s brand identity and ensuring the commercial world is fully aware of the company’s core values and offerings. He will craft and implement strategies that reinforce Emergn’s mission to improve the way people and companies work. Paul’s breadth of experience includes his role as European president and CEO of the WPP agency, GTB, heading up a team of more than 850 people across GTB and all other WPP agencies on the Ford account, the largest in the group. He also served as VP of global agency partnerships at Adform, a programmatic AdTech company. Paul currently holds a non-exec CMO role at a space-tech environmental start-up, Prometheus Space Technologies.
