As an Intelligent Automation Developer (Mendix Developer) at Emergn, you’ll design cutting-edge solutions, mentor teams, and champion automation excellence.

We want you to:

• Work with various teams: analysts, developers, designers, and testers.
• Gather requirements and understand project goals with stakeholders.
• Support the implementation of new software initiatives.
• Design and develop maintainable Mendix applications.
• Build intuitive UIs with Mendix Studio Pro for a great user experience.
• Implement business logic and workflows using Mendix microflows.
• Integrate data from different sources into Mendix apps.
• Test, debug, and troubleshoot to fix issues.
• Optimize app performance and scalability.
• Provide documentation and training support to stakeholders.
• Keep up with Mendix updates, industry trends, and best practices.
• Assist in creating and maintaining technical documentation.
• Tune performance and optimize applications.
• Support and maintain existing Mendix apps by fixing bugs and adding enhancements.
• Contribute to community forums and internal knowledge sharing.
• Promote collaboration and continuous improvement.

You’re a perfect fit if you:

• Understand low-code programming and implementation.
• Have experience with web languages like JavaScript, jQuery, CSS, SASS, and HTML.
• Know BPMN and workflow definitions.
• Are hands-on with SQL, relational databases, and data integration.
• Are familiar with web services (REST and SOAP) and API development.
• Understand the software development lifecycle (DevOps, Agile, etc.).
• Have a solid grasp of integration patterns and middleware solutions.
• Follow security best practices in app development.
• Can troubleshoot complex technical issues.
• Possess good communication, teamwork, and adaptability skills.
• Are fluent in English (B2 – C1 level).

Nice to Have:

• Advanced/expert Mendix certification.
• Experience with the latest Mendix versions.
• Familiarity with frontend technologies like React and Angular.
• Experience with other low-code platforms.
• Mobile app development using Mendix.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).
• Certifications like PMP, Scrum Master, or ITIL.
