If you are focused on delivering quality early and often, then you might be just whom we’re looking for a Senior Delivery Manager to help us shape Emergn’s exciting future and play an important role in our growth. 

We want you to:

• lead the delivery of our services and products with one of our clients from the public sector
• gather and discuss requirements with business representatives
• conduct backlog prioritization call
• manage backlog in Jira
• present, explain and discuss requirements with the team (developer/QA team)
• ensure business outcomes are articulated and aligned to
• guide, coach and motivate the team through the implementation of new ways of working
• provide effective communication and feedback sessions with stakeholders at all levels
• foster understanding, mediate and mend relationships

You’re a perfect fit if you have:

• knowledge of SDLC and architectural principles
• people leadership qualities
• previous experience in a similar role as a Delivery Manager or Project Manager
• stakeholder management experience, with the ability to build relationships and trust quickly
• experience running and managing different size projects
• accountability for the ownership and management of delivery
• internal and external reporting experience
• native or bilingual Latvian and an excellent level of written and verbal English communication 
• previous experience with public sector clients will be considered a great advantage.

You might also have: 

• knowledge of Waterfall, Agile and Scaled Agile Frameworks
• good technical grasp and awareness of engineering best practices
• ability to use the language of the engineering teams, to lead discussions over technical/architectural topics when needed
• IPMA, PMP or equal certificates will be considered an advantage
• Higher education in IT Project Management is an advantage
