Beating the competition
Every investment in a piece of software, product, service, or any idea or change is an investment in either becoming or remaining competitive and serving customers well.
It’s easy to become fixated with your own ideas and be internally focused. One easy way to consider the outside world and figure out ways to continually develop strategies to win is to ask a question:
If we were trying to compete with ourselves, what would we do?
The answer to this question should give you some nice ideas about how to continue to develop your services to remain competitive and ahead of the competition.
