There’s no doubt or argument – you reap what you sow. This is a well-known principle and it applies to nearly all areas of our life, especially our thinking.
Right thinking is more than choosing to be positive or choosing to see the best in a situation or person. Right thinking involves thoughts and actions that demonstrate intent – intent in how we collaborate with others, intent in how we do our work, intent in how we manage people or programs.
To reap what you sow isn’t so much a warning as it is a guideline to remind us how important our attitudes and thinking need to be.
Sow a thought, reap an action.
Sow an action, reap a habit.
Sow a habit, reap a character.
Sow a character, reap a destiny!
Our thinking will dictate our behavior and others see what we’re thinking even if we don’t say anything
